- Preparation-

Ingredients ....                     For : A party

- Butter 350g
- Powdered sugar 200g
- 150g slivered almonds
- Peanuts 250g
- 2 eggs
- 2 packets of yeast cake
- The flour mixture
       Garnish
- 1 egg white
- Icing sugar
Production ...

- Toast the almonds in a frying pan and chop them coarsely.

- Toast the peanuts with their skin then grind in an electric grinder.

- Working in a bowl butter and powdered sugar until they form a creamy mixture, add the eggs one by one, mix well, add the ground peanuts, chopped almonds, baking powder, all work constantly incorporate gradually sifted flour and knead well until a soft dough and smooth.
