Tartine Freshness {Radis - Lawyer & Bacon}
I feel like a beautiful colored and crispy bread ...
100% anti-gaspi, here is a nice recipe that lets you recycle stale bread bought at the bakery and unfinished ... and yes, often has eyes bigger than your stomach ... that I often believe me :)
And if your lawyer will hardly mature, you can not replace the chives and basil.
- Preparation: 10 minutes -
Ingredients .... For : 6 slices
6 slices country bread (stale or not) - 5 dried tomatoes in oil Olive- 100g cream cheese (type Mrs Loïk) - 4 large radishes - 8 slices of bacon (round) - Some drops oil (oil dried tomatoes if possible) - 1 ripe avocado (but not too) - A few drops of lemon juice - Some chives - Pepper
Production ...
1 / In a toaster, toast 6 slices of bread then let them cool on a rack.
2 / Detail the radishes into thin slices (if you need help a peeler) and dried diced tomatoes.
3 / Detail each bacon slice in 4 (slats).
4 / Chop the chives.
5 / Open avocado in half, remove the core and peel each half. The lemon slightly so that the lawyer does not darken then expand into thin slices (in the width direction).
6 / Spread each slice of bread with cheese and nicely distribute radishes, avocado, bacon and dried tomatoes.
7 / Season every one or two grindings of pepper, sprinkle with chives and end up watering a few drops of oil.
8 / Cool and refrigerate or enjoy on the spot.
