I had such a desire to cool on my plate ...
Very popular in middle east, there are many recipes tabouleh. Personally, I like the lemony, minty tabbouleh: concentrate a little freshness I love devouring summer :) This recipe, very far from the Lebanese Version (bulgur and parsley), none the less delicious.


- Preparation: 10 minutes -
-Cooking time : 5 minutes -


Ingredients ....                     For : 4 persons

Average semolina 240g - 250g of water - 1 small organic cucumber - 3-4 tomatoes - 15 mint leaves - the juice of freshly squeezed lemon 1.5 - 2CS olive oil - 2 pinches of coarse salt

Production ...

1 / Boil the water. In a bowl, place the semolina and salt. Once the water boils, pour over the couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.

2 / Meanwhile, expand the diced tomatoes. Wash the cucumber, open it in half, remove the seeds and then expand it into cubes.

3 / Chop mint.

4 / Once the semolina "cooked" égrainez with a fork and add the olive oil. Mix well.

5 / Semolina warms, add all ingredients and mix well.

6 / Cool and refrigerate until ready to serve with grilled beautiful.

100% anti-gaspi, here is a nice recipe that lets you recycle stale bread bought at the bakery and unfinished ... and yes, often has eyes bigger than your stomach ... that I often believe me :)
And if your lawyer will hardly mature, you can not replace the chives and basil.

- Preparation: 10 minutes -

Ingredients ....                     For : 6 slices

6 slices country bread (stale or not) - 5 dried tomatoes in oil Olive- 100g cream cheese (type Mrs Loïk) - 4 large radishes - 8 slices of bacon (round) - Some drops oil (oil dried tomatoes if possible) - 1 ripe avocado (but not too) - A few drops of lemon juice - Some chives - Pepper

Production ...

1 / In a toaster, toast 6 slices of bread then let them cool on a rack.

2 / Detail the radishes into thin slices (if you need help a peeler) and dried diced tomatoes.

3 / Detail each bacon slice in 4 (slats).

4 / Chop the chives.

5 / Open avocado in half, remove the core and peel each half. The lemon slightly so that the lawyer does not darken then expand into thin slices (in the width direction).

6 / Spread each slice of bread with cheese and nicely distribute radishes, avocado, bacon and dried tomatoes.

7 / Season every one or two grindings of pepper, sprinkle with chives and end up watering a few drops of oil.

8 / Cool and refrigerate or enjoy on the spot.
